"Customer service is a joke. Michele is probably the rudest agent I have ever dealt with. She was so ugly I canceled my policy and went to another agency to not have to deal with her and Kenny Ford was just as rude. That being said, Jake has always been so nice and helpful. If he had been handling my issues I feel the whole experience would have went in a different direction and I probably would have stayed with State Farm. Kenny claims the mistakes on my account have been fixed and a refund for the overpayments dating back to April are being refunded. I guess I’ll see if I receive a refund or not."
